Welcome to the download area for Hebridean
Marketing Tools
We have developed these tools to provide supportive
material to assist you in marketing Hebridean - The Small Cruise
Ship Company - to your customers.
The artwork has been prepared in two styles to
allow you to match your marketing to your customer profile.
- Version 1 format has been designed to
appeal to a broad range (including high net worth) of customer
profiles aged 65 and below.
- Version 2 format - "Golden Age"
- has been designed to appeal to high net worth individuals aged
65 and over.
All the material is available in Microsoft
Word and Acrobat PDF formats, which will allow you the
flexibility to create literature in house or alternatively to send
it to your printer. Simple operating instructions are given below.
Included are templates for Posters, Postcards,
Advertisements, Business Card and Itinerary Sheets. The adverts
have been set up to reflect standard advertisement dimensions of
either 15x2 or 10x2.

the files contained within this download area:
To view Acrobat PDF
files you will require the Adobe Acrobat Reader. Click the link
to go to the download page: www.adobe.com
PDF files can be altered
by clicking in the editable regions and adding your details. You
will only be able to save these documents if you have a full version
of Adobe Acrobat. We have provided a link to the free Acrobat
Reader so that you can view and print these files, but you will
not be able to save your modified version.
Microsoft Word files
can be opened as normal and edited by using the text boxes in the
file. When you save your finished document, it is important to remember
to keep the (.TIF) image file it was supplied with in the same folder
or directory on your computer. When supplying the word document
to the printer/publisher also include the (.TIF) image that was
included with it.
To download a file to your hard drive,
right click on an underlined link and choose [Save Target As...]
from the menu that appears. Make a note of where you downloaded
it to so you can access it later.
Before sending any of these files to print/publication
we strongly recommend contacting the publisher and discussing which
file types they will/can accept. Please note the documents contained
in this download area may take several minutes to download due to
the size of the files.
